Lifetime guarantee against defects

Every Bridge Medical grab bar is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. If your bar fails because of a defect, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

What's covered

The bar, handle, locking levers, and suction pads, when the bar is used as directed on a suitable surface: smooth, non-porous, and flat, such as fiberglass, acrylic, glass, or smooth ceramic tile.

What isn't covered

• Misuse, accidental damage, or modification of the bar
• A bar mounted on a surface it isn't designed for, including textured tile, stone, grout lines, and painted drywall

How to make a claim

Email info@bridge-medical.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem. A person will reply and arrange the repair or replacement.

Bought through a reseller? Contact the reseller or email us directly and we'll work it out together.

Returns are separate

Changed your mind, or found your wall isn't suitable? You can return an unused bar within 30 days in its original packaging. Original and return shipping aren't refunded. See our policies.

This guarantee is Bridge Medical's only warranty and replaces any other express warranty. It doesn't limit any rights you have under the law of your state.
